Processing time

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link that you can click if all the details are correct.
You will be kept informed of the progress of our work related to your order.

The order is processed within 24 hours or less.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed the next working day.

We are able to ship the goods on the same day, if by 11 o'clock:

• order payment is credited on store's account, payable by bank transfer, payment card or e-transfer.

If the customer chooses payment method with bank transfer or payment card, the order processing time is counted from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.

Important !

If no one`s home on delivery hours, we suggest that You provide a delivery address to your workplace. Changing the delivery address is possible only before the order is shipped, it is not possible for shipments already on their way to the customer..

Couriers are not required to contact the customer by phone, but in order to improve the delivery process, BabyUniverse provides a contact number on shipping label.
