This privacy policy sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data obtained from you by MINDON, run at http://www.babyuniverse.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website) by MINDON Łukasz Kolanowski, ul. On May 25, 2018. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 entered into force. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ("GDPR").

Bearing in mind the need to best protect your rights under the new regulations, we introduce appropriate provisions in the applicable Store Regulations. This mainly applies to the content of the section "Registration form", which has been given the following new content:

1. Registration in the www.babyuniverse.pl online store requires the User's consent to the processing of his Personal Data to the extent and for the purpose necessary to use the services provided by MindON Łukasz Kolanowski as part of the Store, including the transfer of Personal Data to third parties with the help of which MindON Łukasz Kolanowski provides services as part of the Store and the provision of this data is necessary for the proper performance of the service.     4. The categories of Personal Data that will be processed by MindON Łukasz Kolanowski are: (a) username, (b) e-mail address, (c) telephone number, (d) first name (s) surname (f) postal address (g) location geographic (h) technical data on the devices with which the Account was accessed (i) internet and / or network connection data (including IP address), (j) mobile device identifier, (k) operating system type, (l ) type of browser or other software, hardware data or other technical details provided by the browser (m) measurement data regarding the time and manner of using the Account, current status, (n) purchase history and selected links, (o) preferences and choices, e.g. subscriptions , (p) preferred language and currency, (q) posted forum posts or other services offered through the Account, (r) Payment information, including name and email address, payment method, payment platform, kind of t ransaction.

    5. In connection with the provision of services, personal data will be disclosed to external entities, including in particular suppliers responsible for the operation of IT systems used to execute orders, entities such as banks and payment operators, entities providing accounting, legal, tax services, couriers (in connection with order fulfillment), marketing agencies (in the field of marketing services) and entities related to MindON Łukasz Kolanowski, including possible companies from his capital group. MindON Łukasz Kolanowski reserves the right to disclose information about the User to the competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information within the limits of applicable law, as well as to establish, investigate or defend against claims.

    6. By using the Store, the User agrees to save cookies or other identical technologies (more information about cookies: https://www.babyuniverse.pl/Polityka-Cookies.html). Consent is given by clicking on the cookie information at the bottom of the page.

     7. The User has the right to access their Personal Data and the right to rectify, delete, request restriction of their processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to their processing, the right to withdraw consent to processing at any time, which does not affect compliance with the law. processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

     8. To withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Data or to exercise other rights referred to above, please send a message to sklep@babyuniverse.pl with a relevant request. The consequence of withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data will be the inability to provide the service within the Store and to fulfill orders.

     9. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office ("PUODO") when the processing of the User's Personal Data violates the provisions of the Regulation.

   10. Providing Personal Data is voluntary, however, it is a contractual condition necessary to use the services provided by MindON Łukasz Kolanowski as part of the Store. As a consequence, refusal to consent to the processing of the User's Personal Data by MindON Łukasz Kolanowski will result in the inability to use the services provided by MindON Łukasz Kolanowski as part of the Store and the implementation of orders.

   11. The User's Personal Data is processed for the duration of the Account and immediately deleted in the event of its liquidation. The data processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish, investigate or defend against possible claims in court, administrative or other extrajudicial proceedings, as well as at the request of competent public authorities, and after this period, only in the case of and to the extent that it will be required by law. After the expiry of the processing period, the data is irreversibly deleted.

MindON Łukasz Kolanowski is entitled to send commercial information to the user's e-mail address, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422 as amended). Sending commercial information may only take place after the User's prior consent in the manner displayed on the Store's website. Consent is given by clicking the checkbox available on the Store's website.

  13. People who have provided their e-mail address for this purpose, MindON Łukasz Kolanowski provides the newsletter service. Sending information via the newsletter may only take place after the prior consent of the Person, as shown on the Store's website. Consent is given by clicking the checkbox available on the Store's website.

Providing data is voluntary but required to provide the newsletter service, and failure to provide them or request the deletion of data results in the inability to send it. As part of the newsletter service, the following Personal Data are processed:

In order to provide the newsletter shipping service - the legal basis for processing is the consent of the User (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation).

Amendments to the Regulations will come into force on May 25, 2018.
